Sales tax will be charged to all purchases shipped within the state of California. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to recipients outside of California. | |
| Order Processing: |
| All orders are processed immediately. You should expect in-stock items to ship within 48 hours. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers. You will be informed of any delay due to items that are temporarily out of stock. If you need an order sent rush delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order to insure availability (sales@gracefinejewelry.com). Tracking and delivery confirmation is available via UPS, or USPS. | |
| Note about our Handcrafted Items: |
| Each of the items on the Grace Fine Jewelry web site is handcrafted. This means that each item is unique, and may have slight variations from piece to piece. Also, many of our items are one-of-a-kind or very limited in quantity, and we make no guarantees of availability. We have made every effort to display accurate colors in the photographs on this web site, however, due to numerous variations in the settings of your monitor, we can not guarantee that the colors that you view on your screen are the exact colors of the items. | |
| Returns & Exchanges: |
| If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, please contact us at sales@gracefinejewelry.com. and we will arrange to return or exchange your purchase. We will accept returns up to 7 days from when they were shipped to you. Your credit card will be credited for the full amount of the purchase price and any applicable sales tax. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. After 7days, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns after 14 days from receipt of purchase. To return an item, please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase and reason for return and ship it to the following address: #455 3525 Del Mar Heights Road, San Diego, CA 92130-2122. | we commitment is to make the best possible product formulated for you on the bases of your responses to our questionnaire. INDIVIDUALIZED PRODUCTS (CUSTOM) ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. If you are not totally happy with your product we will reformulate it until you are satisfied at no additional cost to you. To reformulate your CUSTOM product ONLY send an e-mail to sales@gracefinejewelry.com.
